Family Environment
We are proud to offer jobs that provide for families in Fairfield and the surrounding communities. We know that at the end of the day, our families are who motivate us and empower us in our work. As a family-centered business, we understand that family comes first. To encourage family involvement, we host events throughout the year for our employees and their loved ones, including our annual Adventureland trip.

Military Friendly
As part of our focus on an inclusive culture, Agri-Industrial Plastics actively recruits military members and military family members. We work with Home Base Iowa to place veterans and their spouses on our team.
Agri-Industrial Plastics Company is also a proud supporter of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves. The Department of Defense office promotes cooperation and understanding between members of the guard/reserves and their civilian employers. To illustrate our commitment, on June 23, 2022, a Statement of Support was signed by Amy Jones, Director of Business Development and Human Resources.

Developing Leaders in Our Community
For more than 40 years, Agri-Industrial Plastics has supported the Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) and its foundation programs: Leadership Iowa, Leadership Iowa University, and Business Horizons. From serving on the board to offering program scholarships to hosting tours and participating in presentations and panels, ABI is a part of our culture.
ABI supports area businesses, trains new community leaders, and brings together people who care and love Iowa as much as we do. Many of our employees have participated in the program and know first-hand how it forges lifelong friendships and how seeing the incredible things Iowans are doing spreads inspiration.
