Bonus Program & Profit Sharing

As a family-owned company, we decided a long time ago that our profit is our employees’ profit. At Agri-Industrial Plastics, all of our employees share in the success of our company, whether you’re brand new or the president. All employees receive 401K contributions and a quarterly and yearly bonus plan, based on the same metrics of quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Healthy Choices Wellness Program

Agri-Industrial Plastics takes a preventative approach to healthcare. Our employees have access to health tests and assessments to better understand their health risks and how they can take action to improve their well-being. The tests include blood chemistry profiles, body mass index and composition analysis, and a health risk assessment. Coaching is available to help employees set personal health goals with an initial one-on-one consultation followed by regular check-ins.

Zero Cost Insurance Policy

The Healthy Choices Wellness Program is tied to our Zero Cost Insurance Plan. We offer our employees 100% paid individual health insurance. Our plans include options for reduced-cost family insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and short term disability.

Scholar Program

We give back to our employees’ families through the Agri-Industrial Plastics Scholar Program. Children of our employees who have worked with us for five or more years can apply for the program to receive a $500 college or technical school scholarship. The scholarship is available to all students who meet the below criteria. The scholarship may be awarded up to two times per student (for a maximum of $1,000).

Criteria:

  • The student must be enrolled full-time to be eligible.
  • The student must have a grade point average of 2.5 or better.
  • The student must be a legal son or daughter of an Agri-Industrial Plastics employee.
    • The employee must have a minimum of 5 years of employment as of the application deadline.
